After starting her real estate career at a boutique luxury brokerage firm, Stefanie joined Compass and formed The Stephanie Basile Group with colleagues Stephanie Basile and Giovanna Boscia. This top-producing team has over 25 years of combined experience, and achieved $178+ million in sales volume. Stefanie has personally sold everything from land to commercial and mixed-use properties, along with residential homes.

Her interest in real estate has been lifelong. With her dad a general contractor, she learned the value of remodeling and renovating, and assisted with various projects. Tagging along with him also led her to learn about the latest interior/exterior design trends, sustainable building techniques, and cutting-edge home technology. 

Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Stefanie earned an Economics degree from the
University of Wisconsin, Madison. She went on to enjoy success in hospitality for many years, as well as sales for Fortune 500 and global companies. Stefanie moved to Boston over 15 years ago for work and fell in love with the Northeast. She has lived in Providence, RI since 2014, in a home she renovated.

Stefanie is a member of Save the Bay and loves spending time by the water. She enjoys exploring the Ocean State’s hidden gems and traveling the world. Stefanie also likes hitting the ski slopes in Telluride, Deer Valley and Stowe in winter, and is a huge football fan. Other favorite pastimes include spoiling her Goldendoodle Ralphie, working out six times a week, attending parties/events, and making new friends.
